Can this also a toddler bed mattress?

Yes, it's the same size as I recall. I had it sent to my son and DIL but believe the dimensions were the same as a toddler bed and certainly firm enough.

The crib that we bought this mattress for converts to a toddler bed as well. We've had no problem with mattress sagging or a bad odor when we unpackaged it upon delivery.

My 2 year old is still using this mattress, he is about 35 pounds. No signs of sagging or issues with the mattress at all. We have a convertible crib, works great.
