Track Your Package on a Mobile Device

You can track your orders through Your Account on your mobile device, even if the order wasn't originally placed through that device.

To track your order:

  1. From the Amazon App for your iPhone/iPad, tap More. From your Android phone, tap the three horizontal bars in the upper, left of the home screen.
  2. Tap Your Orders.
  3. Find the order you want to view and tap View, change, or track order if using a mobile application, or Track Item if using a mobile browser.

    Note: If the order you wish to view is not displayed, change the Orders placed in the last 6 months option at the top of the Order history screen.
