Scan the Amazon Elements Code

Peel the sticker and scan the Amazon Elements code to find out information about your Amazon Elements product.

The Amazon Elements code can be found on the package for your individual product. The location of the code on the package will vary by product.

Note: If the sticker is missing, has already been peeled off or is damaged, it means we can’t verify the origin of the product. In this case, contact us and we will refund or replace the product.

To scan the code, use the Amazon mobile app (iOS: version 4.4 or higher, Android: version 5.2 or higher) on your iPhone or Android phone.

  • To scan the code on iPhones or Android phones:
    1. Peel off the top layer of the sticker.
    2. Launch the Amazon mobile app on your smartphone.
    3. Go to Search by tapping on the search bar at the top of the app’s home screen.
    4. Select Scan It.
    5. Point the smartphone’s camera at the code so you can see the code on your phone’s screen.
    6. Center the code in the phone screen. Within a few seconds, the scan should be complete and a page will load containing detailed information about the product.
Tip:
  • This is not a QR code. This code should not be scanned using a QR reader app.
  • You should use the latest version of Amazon mobile app (iOS: version 4.4 or higher, Android: version 5.2 or higher).
  • Make sure to peel the sticker and scan the code on the bottom layer of the sticker (not the code on the top layer).
  • If you purchased a package that contains several individual units, scan the code on the individual units, not the sticker on the larger box.
  • If the scan is unsuccessful, try holding the phone further away from the code to help it focus, while keeping the code centered in the phone’s screen.
  • If the scan is successful but the page that loads says that Amazon can’t identify the product, contact us and we will refund or replace the product.
