Track Your Rental

You can monitor the status of your rental on the Manage Your Rental page.

To track your rental:

  1. Go to Manage Your Rental to view the status of all of your open rentals as well as your rental history.
  2. Select Track Package next to the rental you want to view.

    Note: If you don't see a Track Package link, a return shipping label hasn't been generated for that order yet. Tracking information may be blank up to 24 hours after the package was given to the carrier.

Note: When tracking your return, you'll know the shipment is on its way back to us once the tracking ID shows tracking activity. Your status will display as Returned once your rental return is accepted.
