Failed Checking Account Authorizations

If we're unable to authorize your checking account for payment before the order is prepared for delivery, will send you an e-mail with instructions for correcting the problem.

If you didn't receive an e-mail, or no longer have it, here's what you can do:
  1. Go to Your Account and verify that the payment information you entered is correct. Also, be sure that a 10-digit phone number is listed on the billing address.

    Note: You'll only be able to view the last two digits of the account number.

  2. If the information you entered is correct and a valid phone number is listed on the billing address, then the decision to decline your transaction was based on information provided by TeleCheck Services. Please call them toll-free at 1-800-964-9490 for more information
  3. Alternatively, you may select another payment method for this order.

    Note: For more information about selecting a different payment method, go to Change Order Information.

Note: If there are insufficient funds on the account, the account number was entered incorrectly, or the transaction fails for any other reason, the transaction will be sent to TRS Recovery Services for collection. TRS may telephone you regarding the transaction. You can contact TRS Recovery Services toll-free at 1-800-964-9490, Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time, and Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Pacific time. TRS Recovery Services will assess a state authorized returned check fee on any transaction dishonored by your bank. The returned check fee varies by state.
