About Spilled or Damaged AmazonFresh Items

If you aren’t satisfied with the condition of a grocery product that you receive from us, we’ll issue a refund up to 30 days from date of delivery.

If you receive a damaged or otherwise unusable AmazonFresh grocery item, you can request a refund by visiting our Contact Us page. We won’t ask you to return the item.

Note: Shopping AmazonFresh on Amazon.com is available for customers in select cities. We'll be expanding the Amazon.com experience to existing and new Fresh-supported regions in the future. Visit Amazon.com/AmazonFresh to see if we're available in your area.
