Due to the quick turnaround for restaurant orders, it's not possible to change an order after it's been placed.
Orders Delivered by the Restaurant: To change delivery instructions for deliveries made by the restaurant directly, tap "Call Customer Service" on the order tracking page to contact us for an update on your order.
All other delivery types: For updates to your unit/apartment number, delivery instructions, or access code, once the order ships you can call the courier to provide additional delivery instructions or a corrected access code. Just tap Call “Courier Name” on the order tracking page.
