This particular bottle of yellow mustard weighs 14 ounces. In my home, condiments are consumed more quickly than toilet paper. Since this item was substantially less expensive than the name brand, I chose to try it instead. The taste and quality appear to be pretty comparable, despite the lower price.

The safety seal is already inside the bottle, therefore, to remove it you will need to unscrew the lid. To simply dispense the mustard for usage, there is a flip top. The mustard flows out uniformly and at a pleasant slower rate so you don't get too much.

The taste, color, texture, and pricing are all excellent, and I will be buying more.

This mustard was not worth the cheap price. The flavor is kind of meh - not at all comparable to any brand name dijon, and I've had store brands that were better. This one also has sugar in it. It's apparently a very small amount, but it's detectable and definitely not something I'm looking for in mustard.

I have been a dijon fan for years. I've tried many brands from store to top brand. This stuff right here can hold it's own with the best. It has a great balance of flavor- not too acidic, not to salty. I use it in my vinaigrette and have used it in grilling, baking, glazes, etc. It's great on sandwiches and in potato salads. This is the stuff! I plan on keeping a stock of this in my pantry.
